- Technical lead for a portfolio of enterprise web applications for internal and external users: architecture, design reviews, code reviews, release management and production health, with no production incident exceeding SLA.
- Led the migration of enterprise applications from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure (App Service, API Management, Front Door, Azure SQL, Blob Storage), including disaster-recovery exercises and operational runbooks.
- Kept the stack current: React 16 to 18, Node.js 14 to 24, Webpack 5, MobX 6, Java 17 to 25, Spring Boot 3, RHEL 9; retired legacy middleware in favor of REST services and Java microservices.
- Built the observability practice on Datadog: APM, RUM, synthetic monitoring for every environment, SLO/SLI dashboards, alerts and daily health reports; earlier on Splunk, AppDynamics and Adobe Analytics.
- Strengthened security: PCI-compliant card capture, token validation, automated secret management, identity moves to Okta, Entra ID and MFA, and Fortify, Black Duck and Aqua scans in every Azure DevOps pipeline build.
- Led five engineers to deliver two front-end modules three sprints ahead of schedule, and brought average page load under three seconds.
- Wrote shared libraries adopted across many enterprise apps: a configuration-driven OAuth 2.0 module, an analytics module, error handling, and an HTTP client with Azure token integration; built a React + Material UI component library with multi-theme support.
- Built the micro-frontend reference implementation (runtime and compile-time) for the enterprise web platform, covering SSR and CSR trade-offs, analytics and asset loading.
- Found and fixed production memory leaks in Material UI usage and a MobX singleton store; improved load time with lazy loading, gzip and CDN caching after Lighthouse analysis.
- Moved deployments to Argo CD on Kubernetes with Calico segmentation, migrated to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and cut downtime with rolling restarts, slot swaps and automated production checkout.
- Leading AI adoption: ran a 3-day AI training program, created 7 reusable agent skills (Playwright and integration-test generation, Figma-to-React, UI validation loops, locator generation, ticket creation), introduced context engineering, and trained all engineers on GitHub Copilot.
- Mentored, hired and onboarded engineers; ran a 15-day production-support program and built beginner-to-advanced web courses for new hires.
